Content System (MCS)
Mobivate's Mobile Content System (MCS) is a fully featured content management system, allowing clients simple and fast access to our massive content repository, which include over 120,000 content items including ringtones, truetones, covertones, java games, java applications, wallpapers, animations and videos.
The MCS contains mobile content which is either manually or automatically uploaded from a number of top global content suppliers on a regular basis. This provides Mobivate customers with the best and latest conten produced in the Mobile industry.
The MCS is connected to Mobivate's own content delivery system or if required Mobivate can provide an API to connect with any other content delivery system. All content is delivered using advanced handset recognition technology which enables successful delivery and optimization of content to wap-enabled handsets.
A unique function of the MCS is that it enables our customers to manually upload content either one content at a time or in batches. This effectively means that a customer can create an MP3 file, upload it to the MCS and start selling it within minutes.
Another unique function is that customers are able to maintain the content on their websites and mobilesites from the MCS by selecting the content they wish to advertise.
The MCS has a number of features including:
- Advances search and browsing functionality
- Content display
- Content download testing
- Content selection and reporting
- Content uploading - one by one or in batches
- Provide live dynamic content feeds to websites / mobilesites
- Connections with Mobivates other applications such as the Subscription Engine
